• Your most recent 401(k), IRA or Profit Sharing Plan Statement
• Name, address and telephone number for any landlord over the last 2 years
• Your complete divorce decree or bankruptcy filing (if applicable)
• If self-employed or commission-based, your tax returns for the past 2 years with all schedules
• If you are receiving gift funds: list provider's name, contact information and amount of gift
• Your good faith deposit, only necessary if ordering an appraisal (not required for pre-qualification)
  

Customers building a new home will also need:

• Your signed contract with your builder
• Your blueprint and specification sheet
• Your builder's name, address and telephone number
• A copy of the deed for your lot if you already own it -or- the purchase agreement for the lot you are purchasing

Customers purchasing a home will also need:

• A copy of your fully executed purchase agreement, signed by all parties
• Proof of homeowner's insurance binder & paid receipt for the first 12 months (prior to closing)
• Your realtor's name, address and telephone number
